Not a problem really, I have a bookstore nearby that I sell some of my non-keepers (certainly not Lynsays books) to, and I keep a credit there, I then purchase books with my credit. That's where I found Lynsay's historicals. So it's really no problem.

I know about those Real Estate Exams, I finished RE school in 2006, hated the exam. I had take the classes and the exam due to work related stuff, it was all residential though and TX based. I was doing commercial and all over the US. I got out the business because I was about to get laid off, but found the job I have now two weeks before my time was up. I would love to get back into it again, I want to get my CCIM designation.

Tracy you are not going to be able to put The Key or the Switch down once you get them. I was laughing long after I had finished the book. I even had a male coworker reading over my shoulder who was laughing along with me. It is that good :D

I need to go back and re-read the historicals again. I'm waiting for the first two of Kim Harrison's books to get in, so that I can start them.

My top three books of all time are What She Wants, Love Is Blind, The Perfect Wife. I love them so much I had to but my third editions last week! Between friends who will never borrow again and worn pages I can't wait for the next historical.
