Smack dab in the middle of Green Country, Oklahoma! Where it is currently 98 degrees. Ugh! We only had a few days of spring after all the storms. Now it's summer!

It has been the very same way here, Denise! We have had 93 - 98 degree days all week! The past two night, however, have been a little cooler... very nice change. What I would like to know is where did Spring go?!?!

New York where it's been summer here too this last week. But yesterday and today have 93 and up. Might be breaking a record. But the humidity the worst. We've got over 100 with the heat index. Just when we were wondering when winter would end suddenly it skipped to summer. It's after 7pm and still 92 F degrees. Supposed to get a thunderstorm soon tho which is supposed to help. They're saying tomorrow will only have a 85 high.

It has been the very same way here! In the 90's but with the humidity it hit 103 the other day! Crazy!

Greeting from the shores of the mighty South Saskatchewan River. It truly looks like a mighty river these days. Most years it runs it leisurely course twisting between sandbars that fill most of it's wide valley. This year there are no sandbars to be seen as fast-flowing water fills the riverbed from bank to bank. It truly looks the part of a river that drains a vast watershed between here and the Rocky Mountains and lives up to its name as Saskatchewan River is an anglicized version of kisiskāciwani-sīpiy which means "swift flowing river" in Cree.
