im going to watch the movies coz i want to see them but they will never come close too the greatness of the book :D

Sin...I read Flowers in the Attic and watched the movie and I agree, the movie didn't come close to the book. I used to read V.C. Andrews not sure why I stopped, do you still read them?

I always, if possible, watch the movies first, then read the books. That way I don't get disappointed in the movies. The Harry Potter series is some of the best I've ever read...and yes, I cried like a baby. But seeing the movies first helped alot for me...at least for the first 4. Then, I was hooked and had to read the rest before the movies came out...lol. <grin>

Yes I do. Have all but one so far. When I go to Wal-mart this week I will get it. Then be caught up until the next release. My Grandma got me started on that series in the '70.

Yeah, I agree, when they do a movie from a book is so hard, as they can't do all the book and usually take only the main story and maybe a bit of the principal side stories, sometimes they do good movies from books but certanly they can make awfully mistaked in the script for the movie.
