Hey everyone, sin is a great reviewer of movies. Many of us with children of all ages from infant to young adult (early college/career ages) trust her to tell us what is in it (based on language, innuendo, violence, gore, etc. & if it's a remake, she'll even give a brief compare/contrast to the original) and what ages she & her dear hubby think the movie might be appropriate for so we can judge for ourselves what's best for our families...she sends a review by email or a private message on fb to those of us who have asked her to do so as they see the films. I know that several of us have relied on her for the last three years. One thing I like is she lets us know if it's a good "big screen movie" or a "wait for the film on video" or "don't waste your time or money" situation, based on knowing our personal likes & dislikes. While she will say if she liked it or not, she doesn't try to tell us what to like or not...she knows I don't like horror or gory, so she just tells me enough to decide for myself, without spoiling the plot! If you want spoilers, just message her & she will answer your questions. Since sin & her hubby's children are grown now, and they see films when they come out on a regular basis, we get a first-hand review from someone we can trust! Maybe we can get her to open her own "film review blog" just for Lynsay and her SASSy ARGENEAUTS! :D

Clash of the Titans

Clash of the Titans 2010 is not a bad movie. The effect are awesome.
As long as you do not go in expecting the 1981 version. This movie has similarities , but is not an exact remake. Personally I was a little disappointing in seeing it as I was expecting it to follow the original only with updated effects & actors.

Also they had a tribute to the original. Loved that part. The rating is PG-13 for some violence. Feel free to take your children & spouses.

A quick question. Is 6 bats the best, or is it 6 bats out of 10?

Well this reviewer went to see: Kick A$$. No wonder it was rated R. Personally I would not take children of any age to see it. If you enjoy children cursing & killing people well then that is your choice. From what I have been told it is true to the comic book.

It had a few funny moments, but this reviewer will not see it again nor buy it. It is not on my keeper list..
Rating :*less than a* < Image..

I read an article that showed where Roger Ebert panned the movie and some other young reviewer basically called him out-of-touch and an old fuddy-duddy (my words, not his). This reviewer claimed that this was the future of movies. I have no interest in seeing this movie!
