My Top Five Author's

My Top Five Author's

Postby Jewelz on September 15th, 2010, 6:57 pm

I do read from more than five different authors. My five author's are who I consistently choose to read the most of, in addition to counting down their release dates. :D I think its good to know everyone's top five. I'm a member to each of my top fives forums. Usually I visit and post the most on three of the five forums. I have many different authors in my TBR pile. Its nice to know who favors who. Which forum member to talk to about different series or Authors. ;)

1) Lynsay Sands
2) Christine Feehan
3) Pamela Palmer
4) Kresley Cole
5) Kerrelyn Sparks

Jewelz...as usual, I'm difficult...but I need to divide into two groups...5 top paranormal & 5 top historical. Well, Lynsay is first on both lists, but I need 4 more for each type. ;) :D

wren's 5 top paranormal romance authors:

1. Lynsay Sands
2. Pamela Palmer
3. Kerrilyn Sparks
4. Lydia Dare
5. Jeaniene Frost (Subject to change as I've only read one book so far, but it was really good!)

wren's 5 top historical romance authors:

1. Lynsay Sands
2. Victoria Alexander/Julia Quinn - these are the two authors that brought me back to reading romance! 8-)
3. Lisa Kleypas
4. Sabrina Jeffries/Jillian Hunter
5.Stephanie Laurens/Celeste Bradley ...I'm already editing to add more  8-)

Obviously, I have trouble picking just five! *grin* Please don't make us pick five for every genre, or I'll be on the forum all week trying to make a decision! Tease me if you must, sis...but at least I didn't put 20 on each list! :? ;)

This was tough:
1. Lynsay Sands.....o.k. that one was easy.
2. Pamela Palmer.....still easy
3. Kresley Cole
4. Gena Showalter
5. Jacquelyn Frank

But I have so many more I could add to the list......
good girls don't make history and I plan on being very historical
