Peppermint Mocha Pudding

I package Instant Dark Chocolate Pudding mix
2 Tablespoons Instant Coffee mixed in Hot Water and let cool
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 candy cane (or 6 peppermint hard candies) Crushed

Mix Pudding, coffee, milk and Cream until mixture begins to stiffen. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Fold in crushed candy pieces and let set another 30 Minutes. Serve with Whipped Cream and more crushed candy sprinkled over top. For a grown up version, eliminate 1/2 cup milk and replace with 1/2 cup Kahlua
