Susan, this sounds really yummy!!!!!!! So I wanted to tell you that on 1-1-11, my Aunt Ann and I are planning on making your sauerkraut recipe!!!!!! My husband and I both shoot trap and on Jan 1, 2011 he's hold a frigid finger trap shoot, so my Aunt Ann and i are going to make the pork-sauerkraut and a couple of other soups for the guys and gals shooting that day!!!! I'm looking forward to trying it!!!!!! :)

sorry I don't drink the stuff! my other family members do, but we buy it at the store!

LOL, I've been buying it from the store as well. I have a recipe for "Raw" Eggnog, but because it has raw eggs in it, I can't serve it to the kids.
