LOL. Either did I know there could be too many m's in hmmmm and mmmmm. I always figured it depended on the person's mood and what they were thinking at the time. Turns out I was wrong. Go figure...or maybe my editor is just saving space in stories for all my extra words LOL

hm - puzzling but not really intersting enough to hold much thought.
hmm- a good question type thought, needs a little thinking about.
hmmm - now you have my attention and are going to get a bit of serious thought.
hmmmm - Now that is dead serious thinking there!

mm - it's good, not great, but better than normal.
mmm - something I would start to consider to be on my favorite list... could be just a list of favorite body parts, but still, it's a good start.
mmmm - now that is really good! Even my body has to join in spreading the news about how good it is!
mmmmm - We are talking manna good here! Earth moving!

Now if you add a few together, such as mm mmm mmmmm we are talking about something that is so good that there just isn't words to describe it, it covers the entire gauntlet without question.



That makes total sense to me.
