Okay, I had to go and look up a new quote. Here's a tough one:

"What? A sex change and a move to Timbuktu?"

Okay...are these the two we are looking for now? (Lisa, not your fault, sometimes we are just posting and hitting the submit at the same time  )
Y'all are making it harder to find them! I'm just going to put a shelf for Lynsay's books by my computer! :D

Terri: TD&H p.205...it took awhile, but it's in the catering delivery fiasco! LOL

I haven't found Kimberly's quote yet, so I can't add the next one! :)

So, we are still looking for:
"What? A sex change and a move to Timbuktu?"

OH! OH! I think I know that one! Shoot. I'm gonna try anyway. Seriously, I may write these stories, but I completely forget them afterward. But I think that one is Greg isn't it? Maybe? Sheesh, now I'm not sure.

Oh, I hope Greg is the answer, Lynsay! Which book, though? We have to give both for a complete answer. I have been rereading everywhere for this one. Hmmm...time to start again with AQB!
In the meantime, pick out a quote Lynsay, just in case you've got the answer!

Oh, Kimberly...does Lynsay have the answer?

Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a winner! It was Greg on page 249 in A Quick Bite.

They were both silent, then Lissianna said,"There may be a way to protect you though."
"What? A sex change and move to Timbuktu?" he asked with wry amusement, and moved his hand to her hair to run his fingers lightly through the long soft tresses.
"I'm afraid that wouldn't do it," she said with a twist to her lips. "They'd find you."
"Then how---?"
"I could turn you," Lissianna said quickly.

Your turn for the next quote Lynsay! You know we won't complain if it's from a book we haven't read yet. *grin*

Sorry, I wasn't sure I was right. Here we go . . .Hmmm, I'm taking this out of my own files. Hope they didn't edit it out of the actual book. I'll go check once I get this up.

That's not ringing any bells for me. I'm thinking that it's about either Lucern, Lucian or perhaps Julius because the other guys aren't that bad. Probably Lucern but I'm not sure. As to who actually said this about them, I'm totally clueless. *frustrated frown* I'm going to have to do some serious skimming.

This is from a published book, right? *grin*
