yea! I am not the only 80's dork!!

Well, baby sis, I lived through that decade graduating high school & starting college at the beginning, then in the latter half getting married and moving across the country! While in community college, I worked at a movie theater...so I saw a lot of those '80's movies...that is an especially fun part-time job when you are in the first two years of college/university and you get to see the movies and have popcorn/cokes for free! For me, it was a good decade overall!

I am still particularly fond of some of the '80's music...mostly rock and country genres!

Have you seen the movie "NREDS" from the eighties

No, I haven't and, unlike Wren, I'm afraid that, even if I live to be over 100 years old, I can safely say even now that the '80's are probably going to be my least favourite decade.

No, I haven't and, unlike Wren, I'm afraid that, even if I live to be over 100 years old, I can safely say even now that the '80's are probably going to be my least favourite decade.

oh now Mr. Spice, It was the most rediculous, non-instrumental decades we have had in our history. However, that being said it since nothing much was going on we got to sit back and rlax a little. ....but, you have to admit, it makes for great halloween costumes!!!

Oh, my dear Mr. Spice, sometimes where a decade fits on the favourites list is not due to what the decade was about so much as what happened to you or the decisions you made at the time! For that reason, the '80's was a good decade for me to "grow up!"

Every time people get nostalgic for the past I'm always reminded of the 'Four Yorkshire Men' sketch from Monty Python - particularly apt, considering Yorkshire is my home county.
