****Under the Vampire Moon****ONLY if read the Book

Postby susan60625 on August 1st, 2011, 4:32 pm

I know it's very, very early for this threat, BUT I just saw the cover and let me just say OMG! I had to pick my jaw up off the floor! That is sooooo HAWT! My only complaint is that the cover model's hair isn't long enough! I am definitely going to have a hard time waiting for this book!  :D

Hair not long enough?

I couldn't even tell if he had hair. Or is that why you say it's not long enough?

Exactly! You see at least part of his neck. Christian's hair is supposed to be long. It should cover his neck, at least!

Well, at least he could grow it out. That's easy. Abs like that, not so easy. Unless you have nanos.

LOL! I had no idea the cover had been posted. It is a nice cover, but Sue, I do understand you wanting his hair to be a bit longer. Does seeing that make you that much more anxious for the book?

Sorry, Cara-Bear sis....but I don't think the cover lives up to my expectations for Christian. {sigh} While the model has a 'hawt' body, I don't care for covers where they cut off their heads...even if it's only half-way! If I wanted a missing head, I'd go into 'rogue-hunter' mode and stake/bake/slice & dice his head off...I wanted to see a face & long ponytail! Was expecting more for Christian. His cover reminds me a bit of Victor's for TAV...all body, not much face...or Nicholas' just having a nose & mouth on the cover of REN! :?

You know Wren, the fact that the head is cut off doesn't bother me too much. That way it leaves my imaginary face for Christian front and center in my mind. I don't have some models face trying to take its place. I just would have liked the long pony tail!
