Taming The Highland Bride on the NY Times Lists

Postby Mr Spice on February 4th, 2010, 10:45 am

Taming the Highland Bride will hit this week's New York Times bestseller lists at a respectable number 18.

It's a little bit disappointing after the performance of the previous historical book, but it's not totally unexpected given that it's publication date was, rather surprisingly, scheduled for just two weeks after the release of the latest Argeneau.

However, even number 18 means the book still made the best seller lists and so a big thank you from Lynsay and the rest of us to all those who bought the historical in the first week of release.

YAY Congrats to Lynsay!! :D :D :D :D :D :D

How will having the next book in the series come out so quickly effect the rating?

Congratulations!!!! :D

I agree that the book may have been overshadowed by the release of Tiny's story and some of the mix-up on when & where the books were supposed to be...but #18 is a very respectable showing considering the timing of it's release! 8-)

ROTFL...I hadn't even noticed. I wonder if this means Hugh Jackman will be the star for the hero? *sigh* Suddenly it's warm in here...Image

Fixed it. LOL. Well, at least I did if it's Dave's original title of Taming the Hughland Bride on the NY Times Lists you were coughing and laughing over. Glad to know I'm not the only one who makes mistakes. (grin)

Awww...but it was such a cute mistake...I know we needed the title of the book to be fixed, but I really liked "Hughland" ;)
