List showings for Devil of the Highlands

Postby Lynsay on February 4th, 2009, 6:42 pm

Devil of the Highlands had an awesome showing for my first historical with Avon. The historicals have never done quite as well as the vamps, but the gap is closing there. Guess you guys like the historicals almost as much as the vamps.

Devil was 5 on BGI Bestsellers list
47 on USA today
and 14 on New York Times!!

Woohoo and Woooooweeeeeee!! I'm a happy camper!! Thank you guys!

 Loving this one right now! I have a ton of thanks to give Lynsay for spicing up my love life too! I swear, somehow the lady protagonists are always someone I can relate too,and since I identify with them so well, I'm able to recognize my own interest in romance. it's great. I haven't even read any of the Vampy books yet, there is just something I LOVE about the historical romances and I can't live without them. If Lysay doesn't make anymore, I shall have to reread them over and over for the duration of my marriage. ;)

P.s- I almost always imagine the leading lady as Melanie Lynskey, I wish they would make movies of all of the historical novels, so I could relive them all over again!
